The basic method is to use as little time as possible, the essential parts of the MEE method are

Build out a schedule with your co-host and have topics prepared
Planning on the front end will always help you on the back end. Take some time and plan out your podcast!
Make sure you and your co-hosts are prepared for the show by A). Making a schedule of how the show is going to run and B). pre planning when you are going to record.
Also making sure that you can record in one take is also important, the less mess-ups the quicker you can complete your podcast.
